1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking methods. A valid payment method may be required to secure your reservation.

By booking with Bonded Lash Bar, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
No-shows may be charged 100% of the servicecost
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

These policies allow us to respect our artists’ time and accommodate other clients.

3. Deposits & Payments

Some services may require a deposit to confirm your appointment.

Deposits may be non-refundable
Deposits may be applied toward your service total
Prices are subject to change without notice

We accept approved forms of payment listed at the studio or on our website.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients must arrive:

On time
Without eye makeup or mascara (unless otherwise instructed)
Free from contagious conditions affecting the eyes

Bonded Lash Bar reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety, results, or hygiene.

5. Results & Maintenance

Individual results vary based on:

Natural lash health
Lifestyle
Aftercare
Skin type

We cannot guarantee specific retention outcomes. Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

Clients must inform us of:

Allergies
Sensitivities
Medical conditions
Eye concerns

Patch tests are available upon request but do not guarantee absence of reaction.

Bonded Lash Bar is not liable for allergic reactions when proper disclosures were not made.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

All services are non-refundable
Adjustments may be offered at our discretion within a limited timeframe

Client satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage prompt communication.

8. Website Use
