First time having my eyebrows mapped and waxed, normally I would just have them threaded but decided to step out of my comfort zone and try waxing with Johanny. She was very professional and welcoming, she also shared with me pointers on keeping my natural shape and thickness and kept easy flow of conversation throughout the process. My experience was 10/10 and the quality of this experience has made me decide to continue coming back.

I had such an amazing experience with Jojo! She did an incredible job on my eyebrows! They came out absolutely perfect and shaped exactly how I wanted them. She was so professional, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

The store was also very clean, welcoming, and had such a great atmosphere. Everyone on the staff was friendly and kind, which made the experience even better.
